HOW IT WORKS

The Steps

Registration

To send your application to the Mwite Muuguzi service, put your personal contact details, TNMC license number in the registration form.

The goal with the Mwite Muuguzi service is to reach patients in the shortest amount of time possible to get them the needed treatment. Whenever a patient requests the visit of a nurse, we will notify the nurses in the nearby vicinity.

We will check your license and notify you of the status of your application. Then all informations and the contract are sent to you per email.

Receiving a visit request

Every time you receive a request, follow these steps…

Notification

You will receive a SMS and an email about a new request in your vicinity.

Claiming

Open the TANNA application on your smartphone to see details of the request and push the „accept“ button to claim this request.

Ordering

Call a boda to get transportation to the patients location and the information when you will arrive.

Informing

You call the patient to inform him that his case now is taken care of and you will arrive soon.

Moving

Boda arrives and will bring you to the patient.

Assessing

At the patient you assess the situation and condition of the patient. Within the TANNA application you enter the patients data and medical condition.

Recommending

Within minutes a doctor will look at the case and send an email to the patient with recommended medication and treatment. You will see these data in the app.

Treating

If possible, you will perform the recommended treatment.

Collecting

After answering questions of the patient, you write the invoice, collect the money and leave.

Leaving

The boda will bring you home or to the next patient.
